As you are aware, Budget 2017 is most likely to be delivered by the Minister on Tuesday 11th October 2016. Chambers Ireland has prepared a pre-budget submission.

Our key submissions are:

• Support Growth by ensuring that we have a sustainable revenue stream through a broad tax base and that our taxation system does more to support enterprise and encourage entrepreneurship;
• Put Investment First by investing in the infrastructure necessary not only to protect our ability to attract investment but also to ensure our indigenous economy can continue to grow;
• Securing our Future we have highlighted priority areas to help us prepare for economic headwinds by implementing long term policies to ensure our sustainable growth.
