Local primary school children took part in the annual Bray Chamber Christmas Art competition. The event is run by the Chamber & Bray.ie every year and they invite all the local schools to take part.
The Judge who had the tough and difficult job of searching through hundreds of entries was local artist Douglas Keeley. The Prizes were sponsored by Premier Arts and Crafts store in Bray and the winners were invited to come along to the Town Hall to receive their prizes.
All other entries which received highly commended and special recognition are on display in the town hall, so visitors to Santa can view the winning pictures and art work.
The winners were:
Aaleiyah O’Brien from St Patricks NS Bray (Junior/Senior Infants Cat):
Pól Ó Fearáil from Scoil Chualann (1st/2nd Class Cat):
Lily Moore from St Patricks NS Bray (3rd/4th Class Cat)
Millie Smith from St Fergal’s Bray (5th/6th Class cat)
